Training Support Operations Programs
(TSOP)'s

DCAPS Core Competencies stem from the requirements of our global clientele. Therefore, DCAPS formed Training, Support, and Operational (TSO) Branches. These TSO Branches facilitate the delivery of diverse and unique Programs through Consultancy and Professional Services to our Military, Corporate, and Government clientele. DCAPS combines over 100 years of Consultancy and Professional Services with a human resource reach-back into a pool of highly trained professionals. Our core competencies in Training, Support, and Operational (TSO) services are packaged into Programs that originate from a global consortium of Special Operations Forces (SOF) personnel, Corporate Business Partners, and Government agencies.

Training Branch. The overall objective of the DCAPS Training Branch is to prepare individuals and/or organizations to meet operational end-states by improving training capabilities, capacity, and performance. DCAPS identifies the need to continue professional development beyond initial qualifications in order to maintain, upgrade and update perishable skill-sets throughout the military, corporate and government sectors. Our goal is to provide the highest standards in worldwide training under various conditions to meet specified organizational standards. DCAPS utilizes various modules such as; Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Training Systems Requirement Analysis (TSRA), Training Needs Analysis, (TNA), and the Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, Evaluate (ADDIE) process in order to initiate or evaluate training programs.

Support Branch.  The DCAPS Support Branch provides interconnectivity between our Training and Operations Branches in order to deliver DCAPS global Support Programs to Military, Corporate, and Government clientele.

Operations Branch.  The DCAPS Operations Branch conducts internal company operations while simultaneously providing operational support to individuals and/or organizations in order to support military missions, corporate productivity, and government bench-marking. To improve operational capabilities, capacity, and performance, clientele can benefit from DCAPS TSO Programs.
